Why dustless sanding is worth asking for
Sanding is the messiest part of decorating. Standard sanding throws fine paint and filler dust into the air, and it keeps landing on surfaces for days afterwards. Running the sander through an extractor catches most of it at the source.
- Your house stays usableYou're not moving out or sheeting a whole floor of the house to have one room done.
- Better adhesionA clean, keyed surface with no dust sitting on it is what paint needs to grip properly.
- Safer in older housesPaint from before 1992 can contain lead. Extraction keeps that out of the air.
- Faster turnaroundLess clean-down at the end of each day means more of the day spent painting.
What changes the price
No two rooms cost the same. These are the things we're looking at when we quote, so there are no surprises later.
Condition
Sound walls need two coats. Cracked, papered or flaking walls need making good first, and that takes longer than the painting does.
Access
Stairwells, high ceilings and exteriors need towers or ladders, and far more masking than a flat wall at head height.
Spec
Trade emulsion versus a premium brand, one colour or five, and whether woodwork is sprayed or brushed.

Do I have to move out while you spray?
No, you don't have to move out while we spray. Our airless spraying process is carried out with careful preparation and protection of surrounding areas.
If we're spraying multiple rooms, having the property empty is preferable as it allows us to work more efficiently and keeps disruption to a minimum. However, the property can absolutely remain occupied and we can work around you where required.
We'll always discuss the best approach with you beforehand and make sure everything is properly protected throughout the process.
Do you supply the paint?
Yes. All of our quotes include the paint, materials and labour, so you have a clear understanding of the total cost from the outset.
We use professional-quality products selected specifically for each project, ensuring the best possible finish and durability.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured, with public liability insurance cover of up to £5 million, giving you complete peace of mind while we carry out your project.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card through a secure third-party payment provider, making it simple and convenient for you to pay.
